Cleaned it up and took the plastic guards off the bark busters to get some air flow to my hands. This is all in anticipation of actually riding again after my painful dismount back in May.

Also cut the beak off the front fender.

We did a dyno comparison between my Z and a brand new (just broken in) 09' RMZ-450 fuely. We put a flat track tire on the rear of the RMZ for dynoing. The RMZ had a new Power bomb exhaust system and we installed the new Bizzaz fuel injection contol box and harness set-up. After we spent some time tuning and providing the RMZ with a good fuel map we then set out to see the differences. The fuel injected RMZ-450 made a respectable 53.5 h.p. while my little carbed DRZ-434 made 51 h.p. Interesting and respectable by both accounts we think.

    I know a guy here what's buildin +4mm CRF450's and seeing 62ish rwhp.
I think he's building pipes, and I know he's using an Auto Tune on it.

Today i change the base gasket ! 12.2:1 cr ratio welcome!

But we see some serious scuffs on the 94mm Namura cylinder...
I have this cylinder for only 10-11000kms/6500miles , also we found that the rod had more lash than it should to be , all this because of a bad manufactured cylinder...

Anyway my mechanic did some work on these(cylinder and piston) so my bike is running again but i 'll have to change the rod and find a new 94mm cylinder (piston is a JE , good quality stuff !) not made in Taiwan .
